Fast mixing and regular distribution via 1 2300 mm, double spire, 15 mm thickness auger. 7 tungsten carbide treated knives per auger. 2 mechanical counter-knives (hydraulic as an option).
The mixers with 2 vertical augers and a straw blower are available with a narrow (NP) or a wide (P) tank from 16 to 24 m³. They are equipped with a direct discharge and a straw blower and enable a fast and accurate distribution under all conditions.
The weighing system is standard on the whole range of vertical auger mixers.
The single auger mixers are equipped with 3 weighing sensors.
The double auger mixers are equipped with 4 weighing sensors and the triple auger mixers with 6 weighing sensors. A programmable box is available as an option.
This system allows to program rations made with several products to be mixed in order to obtain a mixture that suits your needs.
High shredding and mixing performance for full ration and dry ration: the Jeantil augers have an innovative multipurpose design, which allows to save time and energy during mixing.
