The range of mixers with 1 vertical auger and a right/left conveyor is available from 8 to 14 m³ either with a narrow (NC) or a wide (C) tank. The side conveyor enables a fast and accurate distribution under all conditions.
Weighing system
The weighing system is standard on the whole range of vertical auger mixers.
The single auger mixers are equipped with 3 weighing sensors.
The double auger mixers are equipped with 4 weighing sensors and the triple auger mixers with 6 weighing sensors. A programmable box is available as an option.
This system allows to program rations made with several products to be mixed in order to obtain a mixture that suits your needs.
Vertical augers on mixers (1, 2 or 3)
High shredding and mixing performance for full ration and dry ration: the Jeantil augers have an innovative multipurpose design, which allows to save time and energy during mixing.
Electric controls on vertical auger mixers
The electric controls allow to control numerous functions from the cab:
- Hydraulic counter-knives
- Start-stop and right-left for the front or rear conveyor
- front right side conveyor 1.10m long
- Hydraulic door
- Selection of the auger speed
- Selection of the turbine speed
