The Kverneland DG II excels by a clear layout which gives the operator a good overview over the entire machine. The working procedures can be monitored constantly and conveniently. With the high level of incorporated intelligent technology, the Kverneland DG II is offering maximum ease of use, from set-up and filling, to transport and the seeding operation.
The heart of the machine is its coulters. The narrow profile of the coulters with their slightly off-set steel discs allows easy penetration into the soil for most precise seed placement. With on the go adjustment of seeding depth by the Active-on system (up to 80kg) and the automatic headland managment, the DG II offers operator comfort and safe application.
ELDOS - merilna naprava
In order to give sufficient support to the 6000l seed hopper and two-section coulter bar, Kverneland developed a sturdy frame design for the DG II that distributes the weight of the machine evenly between the carrier axle and the tractor.
Large sized wheels (800/45 x 26.5) ensure safe handling on the road and low pressure on the soil. In the working position, the independently mounted toolbars are supported by support wheels that ensure accurate tracking and seed depth for the individual coulters during the seeding operation. Powerful hydraulic cylinders guarantee safe conversion from the transport position to the working position and vice versa!
CD lemež
Ozek profil lemežev z rahlo zamaknjenimi jeklenimi diski omogoča enostavno prodiranje v zemljo. Tako je na tej točki potreben majhen pritisk z le malo premikanja zemlje. Pritisk lemežev 100 kg se torej lahko uporablja predvsem za stiskanje z integriranimi stiskalnimi kolesi. Rezultat: enakomerna globina sejanja tudi pri visokih delovnih hitrostih! Globino sejanja in pritisk lemežev je mogoče centralno krmiliti s pritiskom na gumb iz kabine traktorja – s tem prihranite dodaten čas.
Stabilen nadzor globine in stiskanje semena ustvarja kapilarni sistem v tleh, ki zagotavlja dostop do vode in odlično kalitev
Sistem Active - on
S Kvernelandovim sistemom Active-on je mogoče pritisk lemežev nastaviti do največ 80 kg. Sistem ima koristi od interakcije med pritiskom lemeža in pritiskom orodnih drogov lemeža po celotni širini stroja.
Kjer je pritisk lemeža visok (povlečen cilinder), se poveča pritisk na orodni drog lemeža. To pa povzroči protitlak za lemeže, kar ima za posledico odlično prodiranje lemežev! Pri serijskem modelu e-com je mogoče tlak nastaviti med 0 in 90 bari s krmilne enote, ki se nahaja v kabini traktorja.
