The working elements of the machine are stainless steel rollers. As the rollers travel forward, the wheels rotate, turning the product for precise and product-friendly sizing. In the working machine, the rolls are guided at two height levels. The basic height of every of the rolls is kept constant. Whereas, the height of every second roller is adjustable by an operator.
Sorting ranges are set by adjusting the distance between the levels of rollers at a defined location, along the length of the machine.
Crops that fit in the spacing that is created between the rollers guided on two levels, fall through the rollers and are carried away by conveyors for different product sizes. The height of the rolls is adjusted by means of a handle. The speed of the roller's travel is adjustable by means of an inverter.
Vegetables enter into the machine on a flat conveyor integrated with the machine. The width of the conveyor ensures an even distribution of the product across the entire working width of the machine and its effective use. As standard, the machine is equipped with a discharge chute.
Depending on the machine model, the graber can produce four of five sorts.
As standard, the structure of the machine is powder coated, while all elements that come into contact with food are made of resistant steel or certified materials.
