The machine has been designed for the packaging of fresh fruit and vegetables into net bags with thermally sealed plastic side bands, hollow-punched on the upper side of the bag, with a handle-function, width 50, 75 and 90 (thickness 90 micron).
The machine carries two tubes holding the netting for an automatic change of tube, without stopping the machine, when the netting
is finished onto the working tube, for peak efficiency.
Two measures of the tubes are available: internal diameter 90mm, and internal diameter 80mm.
The machine is equipped with an electronic printer/labeller which applies adhesive directly onto the side band.
To ensure the machines well-functioning, it is important to use appropriate netting in relation to the tubes diameter.
