DISCO rear mowers with side hitching

The MAX CUT mower bar provides outstanding cutting quality with low maintenance input. The wave shape of the mower bar bed allows the cutting discs to be placed well to the front. This results in a larger overlap, and an optimum mowing result.

The large suspension spring acts on the middle of the machine frame. In addition, the line of force of the spring passes straight through the mower's centre of gravity. The inner and outer support ensures that the force is transferred evenly to the mower bar.

The small spring additionally protects the mower bar drive. Our unique centre of gravity suspension brings the advantages of central hitching to the side-hitched models.

In addition to the options for different connection categories and the Quickhitch support frame, the lower left guide bolt is installed a little deeper for easy connection. In addition to the rotating PTO shaft holder, the built-in parking position lock for the light connection and hydraulic line also provides additional operating comfort.

The center of gravity of the machine is moved even further towards the middle for the most balanced load on the rear wheels of the tractor. With the built-in double gearbox, we get a narrow transport width and a free view back.

If you drive over an obstacle, the overload guard is activated immediately and the mowing unit can be turned back. A short reset is enough to continue driving. In addition, an additional stirrup protects the outer edge of the mower from damage.

Both halves of the protective tarpaulin can be comfortably folded up, allowing optimal access for maintenance and cleaning. In the event of damage to the outer edge of the mower, the tarpaulin can be replaced separately.

A separate storage base is available for space-saving storage, and the mower can be mounted directly from the tractor - without additional support.

Certain components of the structure were specially reinforced for the slopes. The DISCO 10 series is also particularly suitable for mowing road edges and slopes at an angle of 45 ° upwards.

The DISCO 100 series models with kneader are the best prepared and, of course, also equipped with the MAX CUT cutting device. With the slightly lower left lower link bolt, the connection is quick, and with a 95 ° lift behind the tractor, you are quickly ready for use or transport. The rotation limiter is fitted as standard for kneading machines. Even with these models, it is possible to reduce the speed in lighter conditions.
